Bill - Love the pictures! I'm so glad that you're getting the opportunity to see so much of the country. I printed a couple of the pictures for your Grandmother and she was very pleased to get them.

We're looking forward to your return in just a few weeks. I've got some phone cards we need to use before then!

Love you lots!

Hey Bill!

Yes ! I'm so happy to have read this letter from you about your search for Digger and how happily it turned out. I love happy endings! Yes, he exists and reigns our Holy God. You were very smart about how you went about showing the line breaker that you were next in line! How difficult it sounds to communicate at times there with the people.
I think of Katie's smiling face when she finally opened the Valentine package from her parents, and how grateful she must have been for your diligence in your search!

I want to send Katie a birthday card. Your Dad said how about sending it electronically?

The Lord does reward those who diligently seek Him, doesn't he?
The messages of Dr. Sineath at the conference this week led me
to ask the Lord to help me have persevering faith that He will lead me in my Christian walk through life.

John just came to the door here and told me Rachel just called and
said that Lamar Tribble, Daddy's youngest brother just died this afternoon. He had cancer. I hadn't known about it very long. They just put him with hospice care last week.
When I was a little girl we would go to Granny Tribble's at Christmas.
Lamar would play the piano (he played by ear!) I remember him playing Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer and his boys Tony and David would sing " Jingle Bells, shot gun shells, rabbits all the way, Oh what fun it is to ride in a shot up Chevrolet. ( I wonder if they made that up themselves? We will miss their Dad!

I'd better close. I am so happy you are fine and doing so wonderfully.

Persevering in the faith and trusting Him, Mom I love you so very much!!!

Bill, I love reading about the shops. I'm such a visual person and you illustrated it perfectly! I almost feel as if I'm there watching their world, but through your eyes. I agree with Tiffany, you should write a book. I can't wait to read more of your blog when you post it. Thank you so much for staying in touch while you're away. We miss you!

Hey Wild Bill :),
We had our first Summer Metro Group tonight. All the Starting Point people (except Chris P.) joined the one led by David Goochee and Charity. I am their assistant. Rick even joined the group, but he was not there tonight. We had so much fun. In typical Starting Point fashion everyone was joking each other and laughing a lot. We managed to stay on topic though :) Ebony mentioned you tonight and shared that it meant a lot to her that you knew your Bible well and that you were smart. We finished our last Starting Point two weeks ago- it was bittersweet. They all seem really connected still. We are going out to dinner and to Tina's artomatic show as a group Saturday night. We will look at the moon and think of you! Hope you and Katie are having a blast. We miss you! Love in Christ, Julie

Interesting day! The heat may be a real problem by July/August. Literally had a cool week May 13/20 in Niagara Falls, ON. Actually snowed in Buffalo one day. 2nd Latest snow (dusting) in their history. Did many of the touristy things like "Maid of the Mist", Journey Behind the Falls, Cable Car over the Whirlpool, Jet Boat down the Niagara Gorge, and Sunday Brunch at the Skylon Tower. Also visited 2 battlefields and 3 cemetaries.

Just a 5 minute walk from our hotel, before you get to the "Maid of the Mist" pavilion, is a stone Gate that flanks the entrance to "Falls Parkway" The ornate gate is the Mowat Gate, named for Sir Oliver Mowat, Premier of Ontario from 1872-1896. Born Kingston, Upper Canada, 1820; knighted 1892; died in Toronto, 1903.
Any relation?
